چکیده

This paper proposes the incremental goal evolution process methodology from the view point of the approach to business process optimization. This paper first presents a procedure for proposed methodology, which is composed of 6 steps. An actual business process of industrial factory is analyzed by adopting this methodology in on-site case study. the result of case study indicate that proposed methodology is contribute to evolving both goal and business process by analysis of business process–data. This paper finally indicates validation of the methodology and future work.

Investigation of Fracture Depth of Al/Cu Bimetallic Sheet in Single Point Incremental Forming Process

Single point incremental sheet forming (SPISF) has demonstrated significant potential to form complex sheet metal parts without using component-specific tools and is suitable for fabricating low-volume functional sheet metal parts economically. In the SPIF process, a ball nose tool moves along a predefined tool path to form the sheet. This work aims to optimize the formability and forming force...

An enhanced reliability-oriented workforce planning model for process industry using combined fuzzy goal programming and differential evolution approach

This paper draws on the “human reliability” concept as a structure for gaining insight into the maintenance workforce assessment in a process industry. Human reliability hinges on developing the reliability of humans to a threshold that guides the maintenance workforce to execute accurate decisions within the limits of resources and time allocations. This concept offers a worthwhile point of de...

Statistical Analysis and Optimization of Factors Affecting the Surface Roughness in UVaSPIF Process Using Response Surface Methodology

Ultrasonic vibration assisted single point incremental forming (UVaSPIF) is based on localized plastic deformation in a sheet metal blank. It consists to deform gradually and locally the sheet metal using vibrating hemispherical-head tool controlled by a CNC milling machine. The ultrasonic excitation of forming tool reduces the vertical component of forming force. In addition, application of ul...

Software Evolution in Componentware-A Practical Approach

Industrial software projects are not based on a top-down development process relying on refinement but use a more iterative and incremental approach with respect to changing requirements. We call this an evolutionary approach. In this paper, we present the basic concepts of a suitable overall componentware methodology with respect to software evolution. We clarify the difference between refinem...

A Proposal for Supporting Software Evolution in Componentware

In practice, a pure top-down and refinement-based development process is not applicable. A more iterative and incremental approach is usually applied with respect to changing requirements. We call such an approach an evolutionary approach. As existing methodologies rely on refinement concepts they do not support an evolutionary development. In this paper, we present the basic concepts of a suit...
